Research On The Strategy Transition Of DK Corporation Specialty:Business Administration

The global environment of the international trade has been changed since the USA financial crises in2008, which brings the serious challenge for the emerging Chinese private foreign trade company. In order to survive during this crises, even to develop further, almost all of the Chinese private foreign trade companies have to seek for the strategy transition shortly.DK Corporation is one of Chinese private foreign companies, which located in Xi’an. At present, DK Corporation are facing very serious business environment and the heavy pressure of the transition. In this paper, I quote theories such as economy transition, company transition,, strategy management, competitive strategy, business model and strategy transition etc. Meanwhile, I use the PEST and SWOT to analyze the Marco environment and the industry environment, finding the threading and opportunity of DK Corporation. Considering the company’s current business situation, I finally get three kinds of transition methods:marketing transition, products transition and the business model transition. I further discuss the guarantee of the company’s transition based on the above three methods, including the human resource and the company’s capital. In addition, I also make the research of the risk control, especially the risk of the company’s transition.The concerning of the emerging Chinese private foreign trade company’s transition is becoming more step by step in the current global economy crises. I believe the research and discussion in this paper will give DK Corporation the positive theory reference. This reference will be very helpful for the other private foreign trade company in the Northwest area, but also useful for the same company in the Southeast area in China.
