Empirical Analysis Of Regional Differences Of Apple's Planting Cost And Benefit In China

The apple industry plays an important role in China's agricultural production.In2016,the planting area of apple in China was 2323.8 thousand hectares,with a production capacity of 4388.23 million tons,ranking first among all kinds of fruits in China.The first requirement of the "rural revitalization" strategy is thriving businesses,which is particularly important for the healthy development of apple's main producing areas.In recent years,the price level continuously improve,urbanization process accelerated,material goods and labor input of apple planting costs continues to rise,which is not conducive to the growth of fruit growers and the continued healthy development of the apple industry.In this paper,by using the related data in 1991-2016 apple industry in China,study on apple production in the process of planting cost-benefit in China and different regions,found that the increase in the total cost of apple planting is mainly due to the sharp increase in labor costs and the increase in material input.Using cost-benefit data,the cluster analysis of seven main production provinces in apple is low,medium and efficient.compare and analyze the change trend of cost-benefit and cost composition in different regions from 2004 to 2016,find out factors that affect apple production yield,and using gray correlation analysis,rank the factors that affect apple's earnings from production.The result of research shows that the cost factors that affect the yield of fruit growers in different regions are different.The low efficiency area is the cost of pesticide and fertilizer,and the middle effect area is the land cost,lease operation fee and fertilizer fee,and the efficient area is labor cost,fertilizer fee and pesticide fee.Using different input structures for regional differences,so as to improve the efficiency of the use of factors,reduce the cost of apple planting,and improve fruit farmers' income.
