Research On Evaluation System Of Oil Refining Enterprise Carbon Economy

In recent years,development and environment is one of the commmon focus problems of the world,and it is one of the important problems need to face and solve in the process of economicy development in China. After the "12th five-year plan", construction well-off society and beautiful China will be taken as a new strategic goal in our country.The development way of GDP as the simple pursuit would not sustainable. The mainstream of China’s economic development will be the low pollution, low energy consumption, sustainable development of low carbon economy. Low carbon economy will be the important link in China’s ecological civilization construction. Oil refining enterprise is one of high energy consumption compancy,which is one of the largest pressure on energy saving and emission reduction. In order to promote healthy and rapid development of oil refining enterprises,we need set up a scientific, reasonable, strong operability the evaluation system and basis for oil refining enterprises with low carbon development.Only in this way could we provide theoretical support for the development of low carbon economy about oil enterprise management in our country, and make scientific planning and decision-making theory.This paper discuss the low carbon economy development evaluation of oil refining enterprise.Firstly,we based on the development background of low carbon economy and analyzes the oil refining enterprise of low carbon economy development present situation, problems and the significance of developing low carbon economy.Secondly, start from the perspective of low carbon economy development, this paper introduces and analyzes the research status of low carbon economy development at home and abroad, and summed up the theoretical generalization of the low carbon economic development in the logical mapping.Thirdly,we combined with the characteristics of oil refining enterprise in China, which based on the economic factors, technical factors and policy factors.We also analyzed the influence, driving factors and related theory of oil refining enterprise low carbon economic development in our country. Combining with relevant evaluation development theory has established the China’s oil refining enterprises of low carbon economy development evaluation system.Finally,we take Shanghai petrochemical co.LTD as a case,and verification, evaluation the evaluation system.We give the improvement measures of Shanghai petrochemical LTD processing in low-Carbon economy.In the last chapter,based on the summary,the main achievements as well as limitation and further research are put forward.
