People’s unsafe behaviors and objects insecurity state is the direct cause of theaccident. Relevant research shows that relevant personnel lack of safety knowledge,safety consciousness and safety habits is the common cause of all accidents. Visible,people’s unsafe behaviors are the main factors leading to the accident. The presentstudies for risk management of large-scale events are most of the evacuation modeland security research of the possible accident, rarely from the aspects of humanpsychology and behavior of people’s behavior safety analysis. In order to improvethe risk management level of large-scale events, we need to analyze the impact onthe safety management from the psychological and behavioral perspective, with itsconstantly enrich the scope of theoretical study in the risk management of large-scaleevents. To carry out the analysis of affect on people’s safety behavior is imperative.This paper is based on the basic framework of organizational behavior, toresearch on risk management for large-scal events. It mainly analyzes from threeaspects: individual theory, group theory and organization system. First, the factorsaffecting individual behavior safety include of individual psychological factors,psychosocial factors, the main social factors, environmental and physical state andincentive theory. The study found that individual values have impact on individualpsychological factors and incentive mechanism. Then they affect the individualdecision making and produce individual safety behaviors. At the same time, theindividual social consciousness and environmental and physical layout will alsoaffect the individual decision making. Second, the group theoretical analysis ismainly from three aspects of team, communication and leadership. The study foundthat leadership will have influence on the organizational structure and standardizeregulations; communication will be trapped in organization structure, individual psychological factors and knowledge level. At the same time, communication willalso affect the individual social consciousness. Finally, the organization systemanalysis is from the two aspects of organizational structure and organizational culture.The study found that organizational culture and standardize regulations are influenceeach other. At the same time, the organizational culture has an impact on theindividual values and incentive mechanism.Effective fusion is made for the individual, group and organization throughdifferent levels of organization behavior study, and to find out the relationshipbetween various factors. Finally we draw a organizational behavior model ofaccident risk management for large-scale events and provide a new idea for thesafety management of large-scale events. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process isadapted to concert staff carries on the empirical analysis of organizational behavior.
