Along with the industrial development, the scale of the enterprise basically being engaged in large-scale festival events was continually enlarging. The competition between them was becoming more and more fierce. The main reason is the talent competition among enterprises. Human resource has become the most important resource of enterprise basically being engaged in large-scale festival events development. Employees’salary satisfaction was the critical factor effecting personal behavior performance and business goals. It is important to strengthen employee satisfaction management, improve the incentive effect salary for attracting and retaining the talent mobilizing the enthusiasm of employee and promoting the rapid and healthy development of enterprises.The article takes the enterprises basically being engaged in large-scale festival events as the research object On the basis of large-scale festival events theory, compensation theory, motivation theory, human resource management theory and the pay satisfaction theory.Firstly, it analyzed the internal factors of employee’s salary satisfaction including the enterprise internal management status, financial solvency, the characteristics and structure of the salary system, enterprise management stage, management philosophy and corporate culture, job, welfare and promotion and desire and expectation self-fulfilling employees.Secondly, it analyzed the external factors of employee’s salary satisfaction including national macro-control policies, the relationship between supply and demand of the talent market, talent competition and social security.Thirdly, it gave the evaluation index system and evaluation method for the enterprise basically being engaged in large-scale festival eventsFourthly, it evaluated the employee satisfaction of SZL company using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from the three dimensions of age, qualifications, rank in the basic of fundamental state, human resources, and the salary of SZL. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey method.Finally, it gave strategy for improving employee’s salary satisfaction.
