Rearch On Motivation And Pattern Of Co-petition Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industry In The Industrial Organization Perspective

Equipment manufacturing industry is the engine of China’s industrial andeconomic development, and it is the important sign of comprehensive nationalstrength of China. As competition in current market becomes fiercer and fiercer,the impact of industrial organization on equipment manufacturing industry growsmore and more important. Since no single enterprise can have all the resources tomeet the market demand, so every enterprise has to achieve this goal throughcooperation in the competition. The level of industrial agglomeration, as a criticalindicator in the development of industrial organization, affects co-petition amongmanufacturing industry profoundly, because it can achieve the centralizeddistribution of resources and technology, change the current pattern ofcompetition in the market, and promote the rapid flow of industry resources.Being the main subject in the cooperation through cooperation, enterprises shouldacknowledge that resource complementing and technology sharing are the maingoal of cooperation through competition. Besides, R&D input of funds and thequality of personnel will undoubtedly affect the effects of the equipmentmanufacturing industry. However, once foreign-invested enterprises join in thiscooperation through competition, the level of competition in equipmentmanufacturing industry will grow higher. Therefore, those enterprises with lowercompetitive ability both in product and technology will be forced to take theinitiative to seek cooperation to achieve advanced technology. In addition, taxincentives, the establishment of industry innovation fund and enterprise financialand credit mechanisms also have an effect on the cooperation throughcompetition in equipment manufacturing industry. So the meaning of studying theinfluence of the industrial organization on the equipment manufacturing industry cooperation through competition has great of significance.This paper gives a profound evaluation and analysis of the status of theindustry organization efficiency in the equipment manufacturing industry. On thisbasis, it also suggests the motive of cooperation through competition of industryorganization in the equipment manufacturing industry, by analyzing the degree ofinfluence of the four following factors through structural equation modelingmethod: the degree of industrial agglomeration, innovation capability, and thedegree of foreign investment participation as well as government policies. As aresult, the key factor of affecting the cooperation through competitionorganization pattern of equipment manufacturing industry will come out. And thefollowing three industry organization cooperation through competition mode willbe proposed thereafter in this paper: technology source nested competing modes,the network organizations competing mode as well as the autonomous globalvalue chain competing mode. What’s more, the four effects of industryorganizations competing mode will be pointed out. And this paper will concludeways of building select evaluation system in equipment manufacturing industryorganization competing mode and propose the model method of industrialorganization competing mode select. At last, this paper will study base onindustrial mechanical field and give corresponding development strategies andrecommendations.
