In the increasingly competitive environment, who fight alone can notachieve the efficient and rational allocation of resources. Vicious competitionwill only lead to a lose-lose situation, and it is not benefit to the development ofthe market. Choosing the right copartners who is consistent with their own goalsand interests to develop product, can shorten the product research cycle,decentralized development risk, and achieve market dominance and othertechnical advantages interests. However, the interests of the target can not befully consistent with each other. The majority of enterprises are part ofconvergence, and cooperation will inevitably bring opportunism. Therefore,purely cooperation cannot adapt to market development. With the changing ofenvironment, more and more high-end equipment manufacturing enterprisesbegan to select the co-petition model to gain competitive advantage. On one hand,enterprises try to make full use of their own unique resources to achievecompetitive advantage. On the other hand, they try to find a trusted partner toachieve a win-win situation. As one of China’s strategic emerging industries,High-end equipment manufacturing industry is a strong pillar industry in China’smanufacturing industry. Accelerating the development of high-end equipmentmanufacturing, is the intrinsic requirements for enhancing the internationalcompetitive position of China’s manufacturing industry.The study takes our country’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry asthe research object, based on the co-competition theory, combined with analysisof the market situation and features of the five areas of high-end equipment manufacturing. Build indicator system of high-end equipment manufacturingmarket performance and its impact factors, that is market competition, marketcooperation, enterprise capabilities. By using SEM, analysis how the marketcompetition, market cooperation and the ability of high-end equipmentmanufacturing to influence marking performance, as well as the interactionmechanism between these factors. By fitting the model, to require the finaleffective path among the market competitive, market cooperative behavior andhigh-end equipment manufacturing market performance. Finally, according to thepath selection result, put forward corresponding suggestions about how toenhance the market competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing.
