The High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry is the industry with hightechnical strength of the Equipment Manufacturing Industry, is the core of themanufacturing industry, has the characteristics of knowledge technologyintensive. The internal knowledge resources of the High-end EquipmentManufacturing Industry have been dissatisfied with their development needs, sowe need to find the knowledge of the cooperative partners for effectiveknowledge sharing, in order to make up for the enterprise’s knowledge gaps inthe industry. At the same time, we must protect the core knowledge in order toeffectively maintain competitive advantage, response to market changes and gainmarket share in the process of co-operation. Competition and cooperationprovides organizational learning platform and set up a fast track for research anddevelopment of high-end products. Based on the theory of cooperative andcompetition, will rapidly promote industry product innovation performance. Tofind an efficient route of improving knowledge management in the perspective ofcooperation and is imminent.This paper presents the motivation and mechanism for knowledgemanagement path of the High-end Equipment Manufacturing based on the co-opetition theory, combining the domestic and foreign existing literature.According to the hypothesis, the conceptual model of the High-end EquipmentManufacturing Industry knowledge management path based on the co-opetitiontheory is constructed. Taking the knowledge sharing and knowledge protection asthe explanatory variable, explains the variables on the impact of high-end performance of knowledge management. Taking the organizational learningability as the intermediate variable discusses the relationship between knowledgeacquisition and recognition, knowledge transfer and absorption ability andknowledge integration and application ability impact on the High-end EquipmentManufacturing knowledge management performance. Through the definition ofthe variables and design of the questionnaire item, select178companies of theHigh-end Equipment Manufacturing as the sample of the questionnaire survey.Using AMOS17.0data statistics software, on the premise that the reliability andvalidity test meet the requirements, revised the hypothesis and conceptual modelof the high-end equipment manufacturing industry knowledge management:Based on co-opetition theory. After the two-step correction, the correction modelof knowledge management of The High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industryis constructed. And according to the fixed model, and puts forward protectionmeasures and development strategies for the path of the High-end EquipmentManufacturing industry knowledge management: based on co-opetition theory.
