Transformation Of State-owned Trading Strategy Group

Enterprise strategy related to the survival and development of enterprises in the future. Some local state-owned commercial enterprises burdened with a heavy historical legacy, its structure is irrational, management is chaotic, business is complex, and the ability to operate the market is week. How to avoid weaknesses, seize the opportunity, deal with the challenges,design and implement a development strategy accordingly, which is very important to those enterprises and its sustainable development.In this paper,taking the study of Yangpu commerce Goup Co. Ltd’s development strategy as the main line. Firstly,based on the literature study, we analyze the Group’s history, current situation and business structure, and evaluate the internal critical factors for the development of the Group by the IFE matrix. Secondly, we analyze and evaluate the group’s critical external factors by EFE matrix.The two steps’ record provide reasonable evidences for the enterprise to adopt a development strategy based on its characters. Thirdly, we list all the elements in SWOT model, include advantages and disadvantages,the opportunities and threats,wich affect the development of enterprises much, and we evaluated all the elements by QSPM model. And then, we develop the appropriate development strategies which include the industrial development strategy, diversified. development strategy and capital development strategy and cost leadership strategy. All these will lead the enterprise to a bright future. Finally, we propose implement strategy control and the security system for the strategy. This article aims to explore the development strategy of the Group to provide scientific guidance for the establishment of enterprise competitive advantage, at the same time, also has some relevance and practical guidance significance of its state-owned commercial enterprises.
