In recent years, more and more people choose their own businesses. In the early days, due to various conditions,most people choose a team to work together.There are many benefits:entrepreneurial teams composed by more than one entrepreneur could provide complementary in the knowledge, experience and skills.Human capital and social capital in the depth and breadth were more excellent than the individual entrepreneur,and can share the financial pressure, distribute business risks.But there are obvious shortcomings,because of the difference of the background of team members.The difference of the cultural enrichment, life and values will directly lead to the contradiction between the process of cooperation.Therefore, the conflict between team members is a common phenomenon. Therefore, it is very necessary to conduct timely and effective conflict management to resolve the conflict or to avoid the serious consequences of conflict.In this paper, combin with the entrepreneurial team, conflict, conflict management and business partner of four areas of previous studies, conduct empirical research on the causes of conflict and conflict management within the team. Through the description of the process of H company, combining detailed theoretical analysis, analysing deeply the reason conflict within the team, the phenomenon of conflict, and the consequencesof conflict, the author want to make strategies and measures on the conflict management of team.The study found that not all conflicts are bad, there is a certain positive role in conflict. Blindly suppress the conflict is unreasonable,and should do effective management of conflict.This paper totally divided into six chapters, the first chapter describes the topics of background, the topics of practical significance and structural arrangements.The second chapter reviews the theory of the entrepreneurial team, conflict, conflict management and business partner. The third chapter describes the business process of H company.The forth chapter analyse the causes and consequences of conflict. The fifth chapter proposes the strategies and measures of conflict management; Chapter VI summarizes and proposes future research prospects.
