Because of the economic globalization and integration, joint ventures draw more and more attentions. In this trend, Sino-Japan ventures in China are also speeding up. Researchers have a deeper understanding of the choice of strategy of joint ventures and its importance along with the unceasing development of the top management team. The conflict between Chinese and foreign members of the top management team in the joint ventures and the process of its resolution play an important role in the development of the ventures. Because of the differences of faith, value, manner and behavior, cultural influence and benefit guidance between Chinese and Japanese, members of different countries in the top management team will hold different organizing methods and administrative actions.Motivated both by benefit, the Chinese side and the Japanese side should maintain the same goal and formulate strategies together. Thus the top management team needs to resolve their conflicts by all possible strategies, and this process can increase the cohesive force of the team. Ultimately, the individual goals and effect of organization of both sides will achieve through such cooperation.Focusing on the Sino-Japan joint venture JNSUZUKI, this thesis systematically introduces its top management members in every stage of development since it's jointing, analyzes the method of description of main conflicts in different stages through essential events in detail, and investigates the successful procedure and the experience in the integration of management. Then, this thesis suggests that Sino-Japan joints ventures pay high attention to the influence of different characteristics and cultures of the top management team.The author has rich experience working in Sino-Japan joint venture. Through observation and research on the spot, the author, applying the top management team theory, analyzes the different actions of the top members in establishment, expansion and mature periods. This investigation and analysis are significant to Sino-Japan joint ventures and manufactures in the mainland of China.
