Then, this thesis suggests that Sino-Japan joints ventures pay high attention to the influence of different characteristics and cultures of the top management team.The author has rich experience working in Sino-Japan joint venture. Through observation and research on the spot, the author, applying the top management team theory, analyzes the different actions of the top members in establishment, expansion and mature periods. This investigation and analysis are significant to Sino-Japan joint ventures and manufactures in the mainland of China.
