Higher vocational education is our form of special education, is an important way of training high skilled talents with high quality in china. According to the "national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020years)" proposed "to gradually implement the classification of institutions of higher education entrance examination, the higher occupation education entrance examination by the provincial organization", Anhui province from2011pilot higher occupation colleges independent recruitment, to2013this year, Anhui Province independent recruitment in Higher Vocational Colleges40, than2012independent recruitment24expansion doubled. Vocational college enrollment is the transition to the independent recruitment of students, is the future survival of higher occupation colleges. As China’s economic and social development, property management as an emerging industry of our national economy, in the early stages of development, need a lot of management personnel. Shortage of high skilled talents, enterprises annual recruitment. In the middle of the higher occupation colleges of Anhui Audit Vocational College should grasp the new situation, new opportunities, new challenges, to suit their own enrollment marketing strategy, to ensure that the number of students and the quality of students, to cultivate more talents with high skills to adapt to social needs.This article introduced the related theories of marketing and related model, based on the current situation of Property Management Professional Institute of the audit and the problems faced by micro environment, auditing college property management and the macro environment analysis, using SWOT model to get college property management has the advantage, disadvantage (S)(W) as well as the opportunity may face the (O) and threat (T). Make research on the strategy of localization property management professional differences in college, through the teaching service strategy, personnel strategy, tangible demonstration strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy, highlight the school characteristics and advantages, widen the channels for publicity, to attract high-quality students.
