In 2009, China railway company officially proposed high-speed rail "go global" strategy, that means China rail transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises will participate in international competition. Promotion of enterprise’s core competitiveness is the key for international operation, the important issues for managers is whether it can attract and retain outstanding technical and management personnel. In this background,QS company, as a large research and development of railway locomotive manufacturing enterprises, the recuitment and training of technical and managementtalent is the first important thing for HR.Based on the recruitment management theory,This article analyze the problem and causes of recruitment management for QS company, and puts forward the solutions and Suggestions. Through the first part elaborated the research background and significance, research objects and main problem, this paper introduces the related literature review and research methods and chapter arrangement. The second part of the article mainly introduces the theory of recruitment management at home and abroad as well as the technical methods of recruitment, to seek solutions to problems existing in the college students employment management of QS company. The third part introduce QS companies and personnel sufficient basic situation, and then through the investigation and research on the company’s recruitment management of the problems and reasons are analyzed. The article in the fourth part from the self-awareness in front of the recruiting,recruiting, self improvement after the recruitment, systematically put forward to solve problems for QS company to college students recruitment management measures. The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the article.This article expects to through the study on improving the understanding of recruitment management theory at the same time, solve the QS company in daily recruitment management work and the main problems in the follow-up tracking training, so as to improve the efficiency of recruitment management work, and then provide talent guarantee for QS company. this paper can also be used for similar type enterprise.
