The Research Of Gansu Province Industrial Competitivenss Measures On The Grey Correlation Degree

Manufacture, as a mainstay industry of national economy, is the core of regional economic development, which is also an important standard for measuring the modernization level and the comprehensive economic strength of a region.Its competitiveness determines the status of the local economic development to some degree. Therefore it has become a realistic problem for us to study how to improve the competitiveness of manufacture thus to promote the regional economy grow rapidly.Basing on the theory of comparative advantage, this article makes a point that the essence of industrial competitiveness is the comparison of industrial productivity, which is a more effectively production capacity of products than competitors. Then to establish comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial competitiveness from the real competitiveness, the potential competitiveness and the environmental competitiveness through the pointcut of the development status and existing problem of industrial competitiveness of Gansu province. The gray correlation analysis method is introduced into the industrial competitiveness evaluation system. Firstly estimates the industrial competitiveness rankings of each indicator in the evaluation index system from2007to2011through longitudinal dimension. Secondly pick Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Shanxi, Xinjiang these six provinces as comparison objects, to estimate the industrial competitiveness rankings in2011through horizontal dimension. Study shows that the industrial competitiveness of Gansu province ranks last in all7provinces, which is far behind the east developed area, and has also a certain gap between Shanxi and Xinjiang. In which the industrial added value rate, the sales revenue growth, the equity ratio and the growth rate of total assets affect the industrial competitiveness of the main index in gansu province. This article finally Proposed the improvement of countermeasures for industrial competitiveness in Gansu province from optimizing the industrial structure, vigorously developing traditional industry, improving the level of enterprise innovation ability, expanding opening to the outside world and strengthening talent reserve in gansu province.
