The Research Of Gansu Province Industrial Structure Optimization And Upgrading Measures On The Grey Correlation Degree

Economic development is always in the structure of the constantly optimizationto realize. Optimizing and promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure havebecome the world’s current economic development law of the Lord. Gansu provincein China as the old industrial base, how to seize the good opportunity of the industrialaccelerated upgrading in our country and western region, make full use of itsresources advantage condition, use the change of industrial structure rule. To realizethe optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and promote the economicdevelopment across has become the urgent need to study the realistic subject.Based on the research results on the basis of the theory, this paper explains thebasic theory of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Then makes adeep analysis of the current situation of the industrial structure in Gansu provincefrom industrial economy type structure, regional structure, industrial structure,enterprise organization structure, technical structure, product structure six aspects, theindustrial structure of Gansu province is proposed some problems. And then usingqualitative analysis of empirical method with quantitative model is given priority to,constructing the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of Gansu provincecomprehensive evaluation index system, the grey theory of grey correlation analysisof Gansu province is introduced to the optimization and upgrading of industrialstructure in the evaluation. First of all, measurement and the evaluation of gansuprovince in2005-2010the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure andevaluation index of the year of the ideal of correlation and ranking, This paper thenpick the Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan six typicalprovinces and cities as horizontal comparison object, Continue to the grey correlationmethod of measuring and evaluation in2010with the ideal of the provinces ofcorrelation and ranking, in order to comprehensively and objectively evaluate theoptimization and upgrading of industrial structure in gansu province. Finally, thepaper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to the series with industrial structurefeatures and characteristics of Gansu province.
