Supply chain management is a new type of enterprise management thoughts generated with the continuous development of global market competition. It can integrate the supply chain resources, coordinate the decisions of the enterprises in supply chain and establish a supply chain partnership effectively, in order to improve the indicators of supply chain and enhance the overall competitiveness of supply chain. But due to the diversity of supply chain modeling methods and management methods, different supply chain management methods are applicable to different supply chains. The study of supply chain modeling and management for specific industry background is the typical model of supply chain research today.Various industries have some research about supply chain management in our country, but the quantitative research of oil industry is not much. Especially for the domestic lube base oil supply chain with serious unreasonable industrial structure and urgent need of industrial upgrading, there is almost no relevant research about it. Nevertheless the base oil supply chain is just closely related to the lube industry which is directly related to the development of petroleum industry and even the development of the industry in our country. Aiming at this problem, this paper establishes a model for the base oil supply chain and optimizes the model under the lube base oil industry background. The specific research works are as follows:(1) Establish the model for the base oil supply chain by the mathematical modeling method and get the supply chain optimization problem with the objective function-the profit of the supply chain members. Use distributed decision-making scheme to solve the model and add revenue sharing contract and union contract to optimize the solution of this supply chain model. Compare and analyze the influence of these two kinds of contracts on the objective functions of the supply chain optimization problem and verify the assumption that the supply chain overall profit can achieve the optimal value under the centralized decision making in practical cases by the PSO algorithm and the conclusion got before.(2) In view of the operability of the centralized decision-making plan, this paper puts forward the Shapley value method based on the profit contribution of the members to solve the profit distribution problem under the centralized supply chain. Moreover two optimization methods for the supply chain with many influence factors based on the AHP method and the GEM was proposed to solve the diversity problem of the influencing factors of base oil supply chain profit distribution. Considering the subjectivity of the supply chain members when making decisions, this paper finally puts forward a supply chain optimization method which is based on the distribution satisfaction of members and many factors affect together combined these several methods mentioned before.(3) By the numerical simulation of the distributed decision scheme, this paper analyzes the root cause of the impact of two contracts for the supply chain members’ profits and the change of the members’ profits caused by the model parameters’ change. Through the numerical simulation of the centralized decision-making scheme, this paper compares the members’ satisfaction and the responses to the multi-factors for all the schemes and the pros and cons of each scheme are verified.
