Described as one of the "cold violence" in the workplace, ostracism phenomenon exists widely in all kinds of enterprises, and makes great influence on the organization and individual. The one who has been ostracized not only reduce their work performance, but also their altruistic behaviors. In view of the above problems, this article intends to explore the effect of workplace ostracism on the employees’intention of knowledge sharing intention, and the mechanism of effect between them.Based on Social identification theory, social exchange theory, self-determination theory, knowledge share motivation theory, taking enterprise workers as the object to study, the result of the empirical study by the research methods such as structure equation model and multiple regression shows:workplace ostracism has a negative impact on self-efficacy, organizational identification and knowledge sharing intention; self-efficacy and organizational identification act as mediating role between workplace ostracism and knowledge sharing intention; employee emotional traits moderate the relationship between workplace ostracism and self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention, however it has no moderating effect between workplace ostracism and organizational identification.This study not only enriches the theory study of workplace and employee knowledge sharing intention, but also has important significance on the workplace relationships and enterprise knowledge management.
