The phenomenon of frequent job hopping of new generation of employees has begun to attract social focus.How to manage new generation of employees and reduce their turnover intention has became a new problem for enterprise managers.Workplace ostracism is a common workplace cold violence,will have an impact on employees' psychology and behavior.However,there is few research about the turnover intention of the new generation employees.Compared with the previous generation,new generation employees' psychological endurance is worse,so they're more vulnerable to the impact of workplace exclusion.Therefore,it is of practically meaningful to study the impact of workplace ostracism on new generation employees' turnover intention.This article relates new generation employees' turnover intention to workplace ostracism,while introduce psychological capital and job burnout,to explore the mechanism of workplace ostracism affect new generation employees' turnover intention.Firstly,through combing the related literature at home and abroad,put forward research hypotheses;secondly,based on existing research experience,select mature scales of those variables,make research questionnaire,collect data,and test the reliability and validity of each scale;thirdly,through descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,intermediary effect test and adjustment effect test,test research hypotheses,make conclusions of the research;finally,according to the research conclusion,puts forward the management countermeasures to reduce turnover intention of new generation of employees.The results show that:(1)new generation employees endure middle level workplace ostracism;new generation employees' psychological capital is at the medium to high level;new generation employees' turnover intention is at the middle level;(2)workplace ostracism has significant positive impact on new generation employees' turnover intention,emotional exhaustion and cynicism totally mediating this effect;(3)new generation employees' psychological capital influence the impact of workplace ostracism on cynicism and low occupational self-efficacy;(4)the gender,marital status,education level had no significant effect on new generation employees' turnover intention,position negatively impact new generation employees' turnover intention.
