As market economy and opening up, the enterprise and the staff of two-way choice, high human capital flow phenomenon. China’s economic composition, forms of social organization and social life style have undergone tremendous changes, at the same time, people’s ideas have undergone profound changes, especially the younger generation of enterprise employees, in the impact of cultural diversity, their values change. For the work, now they emphasized was not unknown to the public, be conscientious and do one’s best, like father like a job dedication on their own life, but the enterprise is not suitable for my development, I am here to pay and I return whether conform to, and so on more novelty value, change the values that this kind of work enterprise’s human resources department should pay attention to. And the derivative value of employee and enterprise values match, the matching degree can improve the performance of employees has become a hot topic in human resources.In this study, the enterprise employees as the research object, from the combination of theoretical and empirical perspective, using the method of literature research, questionnaire and statistical analysis, the main questionnaire survey for some of the Yangtze River Delta region enterprises, by the late SPSS17.0software for data analysis, through the correlation analysis and the regression analysis method to evaluate the value of view the relationship between matching and job performance, and in the process they found in the affective commitment the mediating variable, while on the job performance from two dimensions of subjective performance and objective performance for detailed analysis. The author mainly research of the Yangtze River Delta region in the enterprise values match found significant correlation with job performance, the mediating role of the relationship between the two affective commitment. We hope that through the study of the concept of matching relationship with job performance, emotional commitment to the value, encourage enterprises to employee affective commitment and value management attention, the establishment of performance evaluation system of objective and effective, and motivate the employees work in the enterprise, improve work performance in order to further improve the overall performance of enterprises.
