Study On The Cultural Construction Of Changsha City Local Taxation Bureau

As the progress and development of the times, culture, as one of the soft powers, attracts more and more attention. The research of culture is expanded and the breadth and depth of the research is further dug, which make the research boom. The combination of the culture and tax revenue makes the tax culture, and it is the inevitable trend with tax revenue oriented to modernization, the world and the future. The development of our society is closely related to the development of economy. Tax revenue, as one of the sources of economic foundation, plays a more and more important role in national economic and political life, and tax culture also draws more attention. To study the tax culture and promote the execution and scientific management smoothly by the cultural functions of cohesion, direction and encouragement is not only the objective requirement of the connection between the socialist market economy and the global economy but also the practical needs of representing the socialist core value system and realizing people’s happiness and national confidence, which is of great importance.The author has worked in tax practice for a long time. As a cadre at the basic level, the author has took participation in the tax culture construction of Changsha local tax bureau and paid much attention to the cultural construction in tax department. Based on the case analysis of tax culture construction of certain Changsha local tax bureaus, this thesis has studied some basic issues of tax culture, then analyzed the current situation of China’s tax culture construction, pointed out the problems and causes in the tax culture construction, came up with five dimensions in tax culture construction and suggestions that aim to deepen the theory study of tax culture construction and improve the tax culture construction.
