| With the rapid development of our country’s economy, increasing reforming and improvement of construction market in recent years, competition in construction industry becomes cutting throat. A enterprise’s management level directly determines it’s future and development. In the operation and management of construction projects, goods and materials play a key role in guaranteeing engineering quality, ensuring the time limit, reducing the total construction cost and improving economic profits; therefore, it has become a key point in engineering construction project management to strengthen the management of supplies suppliers.As supplier management is an important part of engineering management, suppliers influence projects at a large scale. Focusing on the application of the supply chain management and supplier management theories in projects and referring to a large number of related researches at home and abroad, this paper discusses how to perfect the supplier management of FZ project from the perspective of theoretical analysis according to the actual situation of supplier management of the NF company’s FZ project.This paper first introduces the supply chain management and supplier management theories and presents the basic situation of NF company’s FZ project, on which basis this paper analyzes the current situation of supplier management of the project and finds out the current problems in supplier management. Referring to the supplier management, this paper provides the supplier classification management plan for the project, by setting up a system of supplier selection by using AHP method, putting forward to the supplier control management theory and offering supplier relationship management strategies and establishing suppliers’incentive mechanism. It means to optimize the supplier management of the project, to reduce project management costs, to improve project management level, and to promote the economic profits of the project. Finally this paper puts forward to measures to apply supplier management schemes of the project. This paper has great practical significance and application value in improving the supplier management of NF company’s FZ project. What’s more, this paper has certain referential significance on the supplier management of the whole NF company as well as other companies in construction industry. |
