Therefore, the study of assessment index system is the core and foundation of employ health management.The thesis worked out a tentative employee health management assessment index system after document retrieving, selecting, and studying studies home and abroad according to the meaning of the healthy human capital in an enterprise and the assessment index. It repeatedly sifts the tentative index with Delphi method, confirms the weight of the index with Analytic Hierarchy Process and then applies the confirmed index system to several companies of different levels for employee health management assessment.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows:First, defines the meaning of enterprise employee health management:It’s a whole process of assessment and intervention, including, management strategies,supportive environment, health education, health services and other measures of employee health testing;Second,building employee health management assessment index system consists of two first-level indicators which are process and result indicators, nine second-level indicators, including health education and training, health environmental management, security management, disease management, stress and emotional management, medical and insurance management, the condition of employee health, enterprise non-financial performance, enterprise financial performance, and thirty-seven third-level indicators;Third,the application of the enterprise healthy human capital investment assessment index system in two companies demonstrates that this index system could relatively exactly show the enterprise employee health management situation. Provide suggestion for enterprise employee health management activities on the analysis of the samples and instruct enterprise employee health management.
