China’s real estate market has gradually change from" seller’s market" to" buyer’s market", which requires real estate developers formulate corresponding marketing strategy under the current market situation. But the core of the marketing strategy is to create the best customer experience, maintain the relationship with customers, and maintain an effective interaction with customers.This article analyzes purpose, time and requirements of the different crowd of buyers through the investigation of the Nantong city consumer’s demand. Then the article formulates the corresponding real estate marketing strategy on the base of survey data.The significance of this study lies in guaranteeing the enterprise decision-making, enhancing the competition ability of estate project development, integrating real estate project resources and avoiding deviation.
