Since last seventies, some subjects like Politics, Sociology and Economics started to have a research on Social Capital. Then an enormous number of theoretical findings which were a large contributions to detailed explanations to concept of Social Capital have been developed. As to Enterprise Performance Management which is source of social economy progress, it is necessary to study related subjects of Social Capital under the Enterprise Management applications. Enterprise Social Capital impacts on Enterprise Performance is the key question in study.This study takes Changzhou YY Corduroy Co., Ltd as an example, the purposes of this thesis are analyzing the reasons of performance predicaments in targeted company, designing and implementing Entrepreneurial Social Capital Strategy, finally providing the recommendations for getting rid of predicaments and improving the Enterprise Performance.First, the dissertation looks for the theoretical base of resolving problems through literature review which includes several theories like Social Capital, The Structure of Grade, Entrepreneurial Social Capital, Entrepreneurial Social Capital Effectiveness and views of Entrepreneurial Social Capital Structure. This thesis finds out reasons which are the beddings of designing Entrepreneurial Social Capital Strategy through analyzing internal and external environment of Changzhou YY Corduroy Co., Ltd, Performance Predicaments from views of Entrepreneurial Social Capital. After considering internal and external environment of company, four major enterprise performance influencers are pointed out such as singularity of product structure, limit innovative capability, high finance cost and low effectiveness of employee management.Second, this paper takes four big predicaments of enterprise development in Changzhou YY Corduroy Co., Ltd as the research base, find out the causes of these problems through view of Entrepreneurial Social Capital strategy research. Later, this paper uses Entrepreneurial Social Capital theory combined practices to design the applied strategies and tactics of Entrepreneurial Social Capital in order to resolve the predicaments of company and maintain the effective implementing of Enterprise Social Capital Strategy in Changzhou YY Corduroy Co., Ltd. This paper also provides related maintaining solutions and recommendations in order to let implementing of Entrepreneurial Social Capital strategy having better strategic research and practical operability.Finally, author combines theoretical explanations and case analysis of Entrepreneurial Social Capital, and Managerial recommendations of Entrepreneurial Social Capital strategy study, conduct a conclusion that Entrepreneurial Social Capital strategy studies and applications are beneficial to resolve predicaments of enterprise, improve the enterprise performance and core competitiveness of enterprise.
