As science and technology advances, product replacement rate is accelerating; especially innovative products, its life cycle is very short, in order to meet consumer’s personalization, diversification needs, and to achieve maximum profit, enterprises continue introduced a variety of innovative products. Meanwhile, the sharp increase in energy consumption and ecological environment continues to deteriorate. Among them, the carbon emission is one of the main causes, that causing global warming. Therefore, considering carbon emission in innovative products supply chain is necessary. This article fully consider innovative product’s features, carbon emission intensity and other factors’impact in innovative products’supply chain, then make qualitative and quantitative analysis, in order to achieve innovative products supply chain optimization.This article firstly analyze innovative product and supply chain of innovative product’s characteristics, and then summarize the supply chain’s characteristics, which is based on carbon emissions reduction. Then, analyze carbon emission’s effect for innovative products supply chains from micro and macro aspect, this paper mainly study the micro influence by analyzing the carbon emission’s effect for each member of the supply chain. then come to carbon reduction products can stimulate autonomous supply chain carbon emission. Next, according to the theory of consumer demand and expand style newsboy model were established before the total supply chain carbon emissions and carbon emission reduction revenue model supply chain revenue after the model by comparing the intensity of carbon emissions, emission reduction and consumer product prices after by preference on carbon emissions before and after the impact of the supply chain ’s total revenue, obtained control of the level of carbon emissions within a certain range, consumers prefer products carbon emissions carbon emissions and acceptable price for supply chain belt to higher returns. Finally, to Samsung smart phone9308, for example, the model is a numerical simulation analysis, through simulation results further validate the model is scientific and feasible.
