Research On Anhui Private Economy Developmen Environment From The Perspective Of Transaction Costs

The private economy is an important part of China’s economy.In recent years,the rapid development of private economy in Anhui Province has played an extremely important role in promoting economic prosperity,increasing employment opportunities,optimizing the economic structure and improving innovative capacity.Anhui private economy has yielded considerable progress,but there is a very large distance compared to the eastern region.It can be said Anhui’s economic backwardness is due to some extent caused by private economic backwardness.Therefore, studying how to accelerate the development of private economy is to improve the level of economic development of Anhui and narrowing the gap with the eastern region of great significance.Although the private economy grows contribution to the national economy,but facing external development environment is not optimistic.Different private economic development environment determines the different levels of economic development of the private.Inadequate protection of property rights, the slow transformation of government functions,heavy taxes,intermediary organizations such as deletions and severe difficulties in financing the development environment increases the transaction costs of the private economy, has seriously hampered its development.For Anhui private economy,to narrow its differences with the eastern region, we must first understand the characteristics of private economic development environment and its influencing factors, to determine Anhui private economy development environment and the gap between developed areas,and then to develop more targeted policy.In this paper,quantitative analysis of transaction cost theory of Anhui private economic development situation and with the surrounding environment,the gap between the developed provinces and cities.Firstly, from the theoretical analysis of environmental constraints on the development of the role of the private economy, private economy reveals the difficulties facing the development environment. Secondly, from the analysis of statistical data on the status of Anhui private economy,and compared with the surrounding developed provinces and cities, identify gaps reality.Then,build transaction cost evaluation index system, and the use of entropy method,for2011the country’s31provinces to evaluate transaction costs and transaction costs and calculate the level of development of the private economy in order to test the empirical regression analysis between the the relationship between.Finally,the analysis of Anhui private economy, changes in transaction costs and the gap with the developed provinces and cities around,and thus that the corresponding policy recommendations.The paper concludes that:transaction costs on the private economic value and innovation capacity significantly reverse influence, lower transaction costs,more favorable private economic value added and innovation capabilities;on the contrary,it’s more beneficial.From the horizontal comparison,Anhui private economy transaction costs are far higher than the surrounding developed provinces;from the longitudinal comparison,the transaction costs of Anhui private economy showed a rapid decline.To this end, the government should do:speed up building a market economy,improve the market environment for private economic development; improve government management efficiency,optimize the policy environment for private economic development;enhanced infrastructure and human capital, and promote private economic development.
