So to effectively raise the income level of farmers, it needs to be a large number of rural surplus labor transfer out, find another way out, so as to promote the farmers’ income.Taking county rural surplus labor force in non-agricultural employment and outside the county employment choice as a research perspective, from a new point of view of rural surplus labor force is analyzed.
