Transfer Of Agricultural Surplus Labor In Shanxi Province

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,Many countries in the world emerge the transferred phenomenon about rural labor.To solve the Chinese rural surplus labor is a Important step to Achieve the gole which is building a well-off Society.The mainly work of this paper is to study rural surplus labor in Shanxi Province.The main objective of the study is promote the rural surplus labor transfer more reasonable,In other words,We must promote the transfer of surplus labor at the minimum cost,such as urban environment does not deteriorate and so on.The main work of the study contains these point:first,describe the scal of transfer of rural labo in Shanxi Province.Analysised the necessity of Shanxi rural surplus labor transfer and the adverse outcomes caused by rural surplus labor transfer in citys;second this article estimated the number of Shanxi rural surplus labor;third we also analysised the factors which can influencing the transfer of rural surplus labor force;last based on results of the study,we provide some relevant policy recommendations,that is Small Town.This paper includes five parts.The first chapter mainly puts forward the research on the background and significance about the transfer of rural surplus labor force, and we hanve researched our country and abroad about the definition and measurement of rural surplus labor force.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of rural surplus labor transfer at the national level. Defining the concept of rural surplus labor force,as well as analyzed the reasons and the significance effects of this transfer to society. I think the reduced farmland, the improvement of productivity level and the rapid development of urbanization are principal causes of rural surplus labor force.The resulted of those people transfer into urban areas is left-behind children and empty-nesters older in the rural.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of Shanxi Province, including the location cultural characteristics and the current status of rural surplus labor transfer. This paper argues that agricultural and rural sector in Shanxi Province exist a serious problem under the excess of labor force, this is also abig pressure in the future.The fourth chapter is to measure the number of rural surplus labor in shanxi’s.And useing data and statistical method of rural labor transfer in Shanxi Province analysising the main affecting factors and restricting factors.The results show that the Economic strength and the icultivated area has a decisive influence on rural labor transfer scale in Shanxi.Finally, in chapter 5, combines the actual conditions of Shanxi Province and mature mode about rural surplus labor transfer of China, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for rural surplus labor transfer in shanxi, the main thought is that Shanxi Province should develop small towns, promoting the development of small cities and towns to solve the problem of rural surplus labor in Shanxi Province has the remarkable significance.
