To promote the growth of the tobacco industry, it is vital to study the evaluation and assessment of tobacco produce and sell. In order to better master the famers’situation of tobacco companies services and the need of tobacco farmer really in their practice, the questionnaire investigation is made on944famers whom come from Zunyi, Suiyang, Zheng’an, Daozhen, Fenggang, Meitan, Yuqing, Tongzi, Wuchuan, Renhuai by quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, then the data is analysed by statically analytical software. The main results are as follows:1. The overall evaluation mark of tobacco farmer is80.67, which indicated that they are generally contented with the tobacco companies’various service programs pertinent to them.2. Different plant time, different plant area and different income are influence the famer s’situation, among these items under evaluation, we found the evaluation which form the middle plant area, middle income and freash man are higher.3. It is different significantly among all sub-criteria, brand service is the highest, it is94.55points, and the infrastructure is the lowest, it is74.45points.4. Among all items under evaluation, tobacco farmer highly appreciated tobacco companies’service, Famers from Suiyang,zheng’an and Daozhen’county are grade a higher score to tobacco companies’service, it is more than81points, and the farmers from Zunyi and Yuqing county are grade a lower score, it is less than79points.5. The production, the purchase, the infrastructure, the economic profit, and corporate culture of tobacco are main content of tobacco famers’evaluation. In view the higher score of the production and purchase.lt is two advise that tobacco company should to promote the professional capability of employees by intensifing infrastructure construction and increasing farmer income.
