Research On Peasants’ Participation To The Special Cooperative Organization

As the basic industry of economy development, the party and the state has always attached great importance to the development of agriculture. The emergence and development of farmers’ professional cooperatives become an important way to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Cooperatives has played important roles in changing the status of farmers’ cooperatives of minor production and big market, reducing the transaction cost and production cost, increasing effectively the economic income of farmers and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization. For the government and the unions, to attract and drive more peasants to participate in cooperative is a problem. However, the general social trust has declined further, whether this will affect farmers’ participation behavior is worthy of our research.Therefore, under the background of low social trust, itroducing trust variable farmers to participate in professional cooperatives behavior influence factors, the theory of perfect and rich organization development has the very vital significance.Based on farmers pigs industry in hunan province as an example, the trust and the behavior of farmers’ professional cooperatives to participate in the study, using binary Logitic model points out that the trust of farmers to participate in the action, but also reveals the other influence factors of farmers’ participation behavior. On the basis of the theory and empirical analysis, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.The paper is divided into five parts:In the first part, paper introduces the research background, research purpose, the research both at home and abroad, research methods and technical route and so on.In the second part, author defined the core concepts of trust and peasant. And the theory of social capital and transaction cost are also applied.In the third part, article put forward theoretical hypotheses of farmers to participate in cooperative participation behavior.In the fourth part, paper makes an empirical analysis on trust and farmers cooperatives to participate in professional behavior.In the fifth part, paper drew the conclusion, and put forward advice from three aspects:farmers, government and professional cooperatives.
