Analysis On The Influencing Factors About Farmers’ Behavior Of Joining In Peasants’ Specialized Cooperative Organization Based Of The Logistic Regression Model

For a long time the limitations of small-peasant economy in our country is more and more obvious as the rapid development of China’s economy, such as dispersion of family business, the scale of operation is too small so that it is too difficult to form a scale, and these reasons have been unable to meet the demand of the big markets. In order to reduce the conflicts between the small-production and the big market, agricultural production in China need to raise the level of agricultural science and technology, reduce the cost of agricultural production, promote the large-scale production, and embark on a path of specialization, commercialization, marketing and modernization. Peasants’ specialized cooperative organization as a new market players, it is an effective ways and important measures to accelerate the construction of new countryside, and it can play an important role in agriculture and rural development.Farmers as the main body of peasants’ specialized cooperative organization, and their behaviors are directly related to the development of peasants’ specialized cooperative organization. At the same time, behaviors of farmers take participated in peasants’ specialized cooperative organization affected many aspects. It is not only farmers voluntarily increase the level of agricultural production, and protect the deed of quality agricultural products, but also a trend of modern agricultural development. The theory based on the rational choice theory and the cooperative theory, this study summarizes the views of the previous scholars, and establishes the logistic regression model, mainly from four aspects included the basic characteristics of farmers, the farmer’s social capital,entrepreneur quality of farmers and the local cooperative development to analyze influencing factors about farmers’ behavior of joining in peasants’ specialized cooperative organization.The results show that farm income proportion, whether to use the Internet and the training of peasants’ specialized cooperative organization is significant, and the Wald test value of farm income proportion and whether to use the Internet significant at 0.01 levels,the Wald test value of the training of peasants’ specialized cooperative organization significant at 0.05 levels.Finally, according to the research conclusion, this paper put forward several policy recommendations to promote farmers joining in peasants’ specialized cooperative organization. The policy recommendations include strengthening the popularization and application of the Internet in the rural areas, drumbeating, training and introducing talents for peasants’ specialized cooperative organization, government support for agriculture.
