As enterprises for remanufacturing deepening awareness and understanding, enterprise’s supply chain management should not only be confined to a single forward or reverse supply chain. While, it need to expand the line of sight to a new field of study-integrated forward and reverse supply chain:closed-loop supply chain. Therefore, the design of an efficient remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain model can not only reduce the cost of doing business, but also that the enterprise can create a good social image, the most important is in line with China to develop the circular economy and build a conservation-oriented society. The main objective of this paper is to consider the lowest total cost of the supply chain, and then, the paper considered the introduction of environmentally friendly highest goal. Build a multi-objective mixed integer linear programming model, the balance between these two objectives, for remanufacturing loop supply chain network to optimize the design. In this paper, closed-loop supply chain network node comprising:manufacturing/remanufacturing plants, demand market, collection centers and disposal centers. Firstly, establish a remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network basic model under certain conditions. In this basic model, taking into account the efficiency of different ways in dealing with multi-objective, this paper were compared the efficiency of ε-constraint method and goal programming method in dealing with multi-objective, and ultimately arrive at a more appropriate approach for this model. Then, taking into account the real, the amount of the demand and return uncertainty, this paper focuses on demand and return under uncertainty optimize the operation of the closed-loop supply chain, to build a scenario-based analysis stochastic programming model, through simulation analysis of the sensitivity change in the supply chain. In this paper, the established models are mixed integer programming problem and solved by IBM ILOG CPLEX12.4.
