Research On Remanufacturing Closed-loop Supply Chain Model With Uncertain Demand

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the single manufacturer and two retailers remanufacturing model in closed-loop supply chain under random price-dependent demand.By means of quantitative analysis,this paper discusses the effect of different collecting channel and related remanufacturing factor on the benefits of the whole supply chain under random price-dependent demand,thus providing the channel member some reference for decision making scientifically.In this paper,the closed-loop supply chain game with product remanufacturing is modeled in market structure consisted of single manufacturer and common retailers. Firstly,we give qualitative analysis on the concept and general framework of closed-loop supply chain.Specifically,we define three kinds of collection channels for used projects:(1)Manufactures can collect directly from the customers.(2)Retailers take responsibilities of collecting the discarded products.(3)A third party provides the service of collection.Based on the general framework of the closed-loop supply chain and some assumption described above,we set the models in three different reverse channels respectively under the market structures of Manufacturer-Stackelberg market and Retailer-Stackelberg market.Secondly,we get the results through the method of simulation and analyze the profit of each member and the whole supply chain in different collect channels.Furthermore,we illustrate numerical examples for the optimal solution and analyze the consequence in the closed-loop supply chain induced by changing remanufacturing related factors.At last,the results are compared under two different market structures mentioned above in terms of price-making, distribution of profits,giving the detailed analysis that which market structure is more favorable to each member of the supply chain.
