The Research Of Insurance Funds Investment Strategy In Pension Real Estate

China’s population aging is becoming more and more serious, along with the change of population structure and the concept of retirement pension institutions, the existing level of service can not satisfy the pension demand nowadays, how to meet the different needs of endowment real estate is becoming a big business to companies, including insurance company having a large number of idle funds. The new "insurance law" promulgated the insurance companies to invest in Pension Real Estate, insurance funds has a low rate of return and its asset liability mismatch, needs to find new investment channels, so real estate development investment which has a long term return will become the new favorite of many insurance companies.The investment of insurance funds in endowment real estate do good for both insurance companies and Pension industry. On the one hand, it can solve the problem that the lack of money in endowment real estate,on the other hand, for insurance companies, the invest can improve asset liability matching problem, increase the proportion of investment in long-term projects, help to develop the life insurance industry chain.The purpose of this paper is to give the strategy suggestion to invest endowment real estate foe insurance company. The third part describe the the necessity and the available for insurance companies to invest in the endowment real estate to analysis, to show the SWOT of the endowment real estate industry. The fourth part is to show and compare the investment modes. The fifth part introduces the investment strategy, including the target customers, business model, profit model and so on.
