Endowment Real Estate Partner Selection Evaluation Research Based On Supply Chain

This is the way our traditional endowment presents a challenge, and give rise to the development of the endowment real estate. However, throughout the domestic real estate industry, it has entered the age of silver from gold ten years. The real estate market has entered a new normal under tremendous adjustment and transition. From “vertical integration” to “horizontal integration”, in order to make real estate enterprises to enhance their competitiveness,and continue to survive. Therefore, in recent years, the domestic real estate supply chain management research can solve the problem as one of the important thought. If this article using the ideas of supply chain management to endowment real estate developing,it will be able to provide a solution for the current predicament. The purpose of this study is to explore science evaluation selection method of endowment real estate partners. Through the supply chain management thought and theory to guide the evaluation of endowment real estate partner choice, finally get the ideal partner.Thereby reducing the cost of the endowment estate management in life cycle, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises in the supply chain, improving management efficiency and overall effectiveness of the entire project. To avoid the numerous obstacles caused by improper cooperation wihch hinder the development of the endowment real estate.Due to the limited space, this article only studies on this crucial point about supply chain management partner selection and evaluation. The article mainly uses the method of literature review, questionnaire survey method, in combination with qualitative and quantitative method, and the methods of combining theory and case. First, the paper describes the concept of endowment-related real estate and puts forward the significance. Then constructing endowment real estate supply chain structure model.Secondly, using the method and step of supply chain partner selection, to build the evaluation index system of partner selection under endowment real estate supply chain.Thirdly, the endowment estate partner selection steps are divided into three phases. The first phase, using cluster analysis to preliminary screening. The second phase, with the combination of weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish endowment estate partner selection evaluation mathematical model based on the supply chain. Thethird stage is decision-making. Finally, through the empirical case analysis to verify the feasibility of this method.The main findings of the paper is to build a set of creative evaluation system of endowment real estate partner selection based on supply chain perspective.On this basis,using of three-stage method for the evaluation and selection of partners.Through exploration and research, evaluation and selection of supply chain partners theoretical ideas, can effectively provide ideas for solving the problem currently facing endowment estate. Although the index system established is not accurate and comprehensive enough.And study has subjectivity, research scope and depth remains to be further improved.Overall, for the future direction of the endowment estate provides reference and guidance.
