| Since the reform and opening-up, China’s market economy has boomed in the past decades. Along with the deepening advancing of the reform and opening-up, small and medium-sized private enterprises are given unprecedented vitality in the socialist construction. However, with the revolution of science and technology, western commodities were upgraded from the industrial capital to the cultural capital. Large state-owned enterprises had experienced great development in globalization, whereas the small and medium-sized private enterprises are still in the early stages of development. In terms of Jilin province, the concept of development of small and medium-sized private enterprises is relatively backward; it focuses too much on production and exchange, without paying enough attention on culture mechanism behind production. Therefore, it is necessary to study the current situation of small and medium-sized private enterprises for Jilin province, and to point out the direction of development.This paper starts with the basic culture theory of small and medium private enterprises, clarifies the definition on small and medium-sized private enterprises, culture, and culture of the small and medium-sized private enterprises. This paper also confirms the history and culture orientation of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China socialist market economic system and emphasizes the necessity of cultural construction. By analyzing the current situation of small and medium-sized private enterprise on cultural construction in Jilin province, this paper has summarized achievement and characteristics of small and medium-sized private enterprise on cultural construction. Bases on the facts above, this paper points out the reasons of restraints on cultural development, they mainly are:value form over connotation; lack of cultural construction consciousness; the dense family management color; lack of humanistic concern; lack of government support. After analyzing, the cultural restraint factors on small and medium-sized private enterprises cultural construction mainly are:dense family-owned management concept; unstable employees; no enough attention is paid on cultural construction by government. At last, this paper provides corresponding solutions to problems stated above in small and medium-sized private enterprises cultural construction which are:principles of targets, consensus, performance and creativity should be followed. At the same time, this paper raises the solution for cultural construction of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Jilin province which is entrepreneurs need to change the concept of enterprises development, enrich cultural activities, enhance the development of talents and increase degree of government support. |
