Enterprise culture, which came into existence in the 1980s, is now the most competitive management theory, thus serving as the motivation to the sustainable development and opening a new phase of the business management. Along with the unceasingly deepened development of economical globalization, more and more enterprises have come to realize the vital role of enterprise culture. It is an invisible hand in business management, which regulates the management system, coordinate the management factors and improve the working efficiency and the economic efficiency through its work on the staffs mode of thinking, the behavior pattern and so on. If being an enterprise with adaptability, cohesive force and good reputation, it must be the one with the formidable enterprise culture in the meantime.Since the reform and open policy has been put into effect in China, medium and small-sized enterprises in our country are booming, unceasingly impelling the national economic development. They now have become an important constituent in the national economy and in the meantime they play an increasingly essential role in relieving employment pressure, realizing the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education and optimizing the economic structure etc. Compared with the outstanding domestic peers, however, nowadays medium and small-sized enterprises as a whole are far behind them in the diverse aspects, such as the enterprise size, the development time, the production level, the management, the staff quality, the strategic plan and the rest, which is likely to hinder the further development and expansion of medium and small-sized enterprises. To bridge the gap, it is really necessary to establish good enterprise culture, which can bring collective wisdom, cooperation spirit, new vigor and continuously provide as much spiritual motivation to enterprise's innovation and progress as a powerful engine mounted in enterprise's in-depth structure.In view of the concrete issues of establishing enterprise culture in medium and small-sized enterprises, this article first explain the basic theory concerning about enterprise culture in a simple way, including the conception, the fundamental structure, the function, the influential factors and many others of enterprise culture so as to elaborate the significance of the enterprise culture to the enterprise development and prove the truth that the enterprise wins with good enterprise culture. Then combining with the practice of the state of operation and the enterprises culture construction inmedium and small-sized enterprise, it discusses the relationship between business management and the enterprise culture construction in medium and small-sized enterprises in the approach of comparison and contrast, positive analysis to emphasize the necessity and urgency to establish enterprise culture in medium and small-sized enterprises. At the same time it points out the problems in the enterprise culture construction and their adverse effect. Eventually, it provides such enterprises an entire set of operative techniques for establishing and strengthening enterprise culture as well as puts forward some problems they should avoid in the process of establishing enterprise culture. It says that in this process first and foremost not only should the enterprises learn from the good quality of the successful enterprise culture at home and abroad, but should remember to draw on the pith of the Chinese tradition culture. Second the enterprises should study and summarize the actual state of enterprise culture in time for improvement and development. Only in this way, enterprise culture construction can be in accord with the actual state, not slide into fantastic and blind practice. During establishing the enterprise culture, the enterprises should differ in the aspects of the contents, means, and emphasis and so on when in the respective establishment, development and mature stages. In this aspect, this article makes an elaboration with examples to stress that the enterprise culture construction should not just imitate the big businesses, but keep pace with its stage.In short, with massive success and defeat cases listed in the article, it is of great constructive and practical significance regarding the enterprise culture construction in medium and small-scale enterprises, of great help to medium and small-scale enterprises in the invisible enterprise culture competition.
