Research Service Government Perspective Of Rural Economic Cooperation Organization

In China, the agricultural economy is the foundation of the national economy. And theagricultural problem is the most need to be solved in the economic development. Ourgovernment should formulate and plan the development strategy of rural economiccooperation organization in a more open vision. As an economic organization type inthe development of the agricultural economy, the rural economic cooperationorganization has been rapid development after the foundation of our country,especially after the reform and opening up.In the20th century, a new round of administrative reform accelerated in somedeveloped countries, and the traditional government management system encounteredmore and more challenges under the "administrative principle" in the newadministrative environment. Especially the rise of new mode of public service, itcalled on the government to reform in administrative means of a new publicmanagement mode. The eighteen Party Congress report also pointed out to establish aservice-oriented government with people’s satisfaction. It also provides a newopportunity for the development of rural economic cooperation organization.Because our country’s agricultural infrastructure is still relatively weak, and the ruraleconomic development is still very slow, the emergence of rural economiccooperation organization, to a certain extent, solved some problems that appeared inrural economic development of our country. The development route of rural economiccooperative organizations in China is also gradually clear; to take the road of thespecialized farmer cooperative organizations step by step and promote thedevelopment of the local leading enterprises and agricultural industrialization.However, in the process of rapid development there are also some difficulties andproblems that need to be solved. Therefore, the service-oriented government shouldchange governing philosophy to achieve the positive interaction betweenservice-oriented government and the rural economic cooperation organization byusing the theoretical guidance for China’s rural economic cooperation organizationand combining with the reality of China’s rural economic. On how to promote the development of China’s rural economic cooperation organization in the perspective ofservice-oriented government has been one of the hot spot of today’s academicresearch.This paper made an analysis on some problems and the achievements that arising inthe development of rural economic cooperation organization and the developmentexperience of the foreign countries’ rural economic cooperation organization. Thenthis paper expounded the guiding role of service-oriented government in China’s ruraleconomic cooperation organizations around the direction of the rural economiccooperation organizations’ development, organization principles, specificcountermeasures and so on, and strived to promote the healthy and rapid developmentof China’s rural economic cooperation organization.
