Research On The Institution Innovation Of Government Leading Rural Cooperative Economic Organization

In the construction of rural cooperative economic organization, being one antinomy: Peasant is afraid of government organized, government is afraid of peasant organized. The realism situation is that government driving is founder for the demand of agricultural development and peasant requirement, while peasant must be organized in the framework of state law and policy. As a new organization of government leading and peasant boding, government leading rural cooperation economic organization is the combination of Chinese actual up-down system and bottom-up peasant requirement.
