| Nowdays, emergency communication research is particularly important because of the emergency such as earthquake, fire disaster and terrorist events which bringing a negative impact on communication system. Portable satellite communications station is very suitable for emergency communication requirements as a result of its wide cover, at the same time, the reasonable location selection of portable satellite communications station of position selection, can precisely reflect the whole incident scene of communication, it’s used to make the right decision to command center. Therefore, the research on how to solve portable satellite communications station location problem under emergency situation has great research value and academically significance.Based on a review of relative methods for locationing portable satellite communications station at home and abroad, the thesis makes thorough research on emergency location of portable satellite communications station. Here are the purposes and significances of the research:In the theory and techonology aspect, research on emergency location model and algorithm of portable satellite communications station are proposed, to enrich and improve the research of emergency location of portable satellite communications station. In the practical aspect, there are examples that taken while solving location problems of portable satellite communications station under very large-scale events to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed methods. It has a lot of guidance and reference significance to other location problems.The thesis has mainly finished the following works:(1) It gives the relative concepts and mathematical descriptions of solving location problems of portable satellite communications station under large-scale events and lays the foundation on the expansion and application of the research questions.(2) Set covering location models are given under large-scale events. To work out the location problem of portable satellite communications station under large-scale events, the thesis come up with a location method based on set covering location models which taking the minimum establishment cost as objective function. This method conciders covering all the point under emergency when time satisfaction is reached the limited. Further, by counting and analyzing the model,the thesis solves it with software. Finally, it takes a pratical example to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the methods proposing in this thesis.(3) Maximum covering location models and solving algorithm are given under large-scale events. To work out the location problem of portable satellite communications station under large-scale events, the thesis come up with a location method based on maximum covering location models which taking the maximum time satisfaction of emergency points as objective function. This method mainly takes covering more points into account under the time limit. Finally, it illustrate the rationality of the proposed methods by using an example.In the end, the main research results of covering location models of portable satellite communications station, conclusions, contributions, limitations and requiring work for further research are summarized. |
