Costs And Benefits Analysis Of Industrial Housing Basing On Integrated Supply Chain Model

Housing is always related to our daily life. With the development of the society,people’s residential requirements are constantly increasing; the traditional builthouse can no more satisfy people’s demand. However, housing Industrialization,known as a advanced technic in developed countries, has encountered a bottleneck inChina. Meanwhile, with the growth understanding about marketing, enterprises startto look forward to integrate the whole supply chain to have a quick response to thecustomer, so called the Integrated Supply Chain Management. Using ISCM methodto solve problems in housing industrialization in China is a research with great value.The paper is based on concept of housing industrialization and ISCM. Aftersummarizing the housing industrial in China and abroad, we point out the reasonswhich result the slow promotion of housing industrialization in China. The papercompares the differences in cost and supply-chain of traditional and industrialhousing, using data selected by a certain enterprise; we set up a cost model ofhousing industrial and come to an acceptable result.This paper is focus on housing industrial, analyzing the cost and benefit of theenterprises on the housing supply-chain as the entry point; we are able to concludethe rightness of applying the method of ISCM on housing industrial in China.
