The Research Of The Construction In Risk Management System For SME Of S Bank Ningbo Branch

With the continuous development of China’s market economy， the small andmedium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have become one of the most active economiccompositions. Ningbo is an economically developed city， the small and medium-sizedenterprises dominate absolute possession of the economic structure here. S bank Ningbobranch is the largest local joint-stock commercial bank. The SME credit business accountsfor a large proportion in all the asset business， which is also the core of the whole line ofbusiness. Therefore，how to do well in the SME credit busi-ness，has play a decisive role toS Bank and even all financial institutions. Especially in the current tightening externalmacroeconomic situation， the problem how to ensure the health， safety and thedevelopment of SMEs credit business， is an important topic for all commercial banks.In this paper， the author references to the existing commercial bank credit riskmanagement of SME and the relevant theories of risk management system and advancedpractical experience. According to the characteristics of SMEs and finance-ing needs inNingbo，and based on the existing SME credit business model of S bank Ningbo branch andthe characteristics of the products， and according to current situa-tion of the bank creditrisk management of SMEs and the existing problems，the auth-or plans and designs a set ofcomplete and scientific SME credit risk management system. At the same time， the authorputs forward some countermeasures for the con-struction of the system， and puts forwardimplementation plan of risk management system， which include the due diligence and riskassigned.This paper takes research from “asking questions” to “analyzing of the status quo” andto “solving problem”. Through six chapters， the author researches the construction of SMEcredit risk management system of S bank Ningbo branch. And through the methods ofliterature research， case study， comparative study， analyses of the connotation of SMEcredit risk management system construction and designs measures.
