In recent years, Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) develop immediately, and have been playing increasingly important roles on national economy and social development, which become irreplaceable in a wide range of respects such as economic growth, technology innovation, tax increase and creating jobs. However, financing difficulties hinder the SMEs’ normal development seriously, which hardly sorts with their positions in national economy. As the main method of the SMEs’ exogenous financing, the commercial bank has become an indispensable role, therefore, the credit support of the commercial bank for SMEs cannot be act for in dealing with financing difficulties. The credit risk management mechanisms of commercial banks not only have positive effects on solving financing difficulty in SMEs, but also help banks increase stability of service operation and development, adjust the credit asset and customer structure, improve ability of risk management and enhance liquidity of assets.From commercial banks’ prospective, this article discuss the SME’s financing difficulties firstly, and analyze present situations and risks of the SMEs in our country, then illustrates the main sticking point of credit difficulties of SMEs in commercial banks. C bank, for example, which had a number of bad loans in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Bohai Rim in recent years. Based on this example, the present problems of SMEs’ credit in commercial banks are analyzed and a new "credit factory" mode is thrown out. Subsequently, the article analyze comprehensively the basic idea and framework, core concept and risk management of the new mode; furthermore, guide the construction of SMEs’ credit risk management mechanism, including the construction of SMEs’ franchise department, and the mechanisms’ improvement of credit access, credit approval and management after loan, and etc. Finally, by introducing and analyzing a real case, the summary proves that the "credit factory" mode has much meaningful to SMEs’ credit risk management.
