Study On The Logistics Finance Application Of S Logistics Enterprise

Engaged in traditional logistics business, S logistics enterprise is a joint venture established by a domestic investment corporation and a Taiwan warehouse Limited by Share Ltd in the early90’s. Through the decades of struggle and development in the logistics industry, S logistics enterprise has been able to provide international freight forwarding service, transportation service, warehousing service, equipment service, etc and a full range of integrated logistics service. Due to intense competition within the logistics industry, domestic rising labor costs, replacing business tax with value-added tax and other aspects, profitability of S logistics enterprise has been weakened, and profit significantly declined in recent years. Therefore, the S logistics enterprise has been trying to open up new business to bring new profit source, increase the profitability of enterprise and make enterprise get out of the current plight of poor profitability. Only in this way, can we increase the strength of the enterprise and make enterprise firmly based in the fierce competition in the logistics industry.S logistics enterprise develop modern logistics industry (logistics finance business) to increased enterprise profit. Because the logistics finance business is a business mode which can make three party win profit from it, small and medium-sized enterprises with financing difficulties have got a new financing solution from logistics finance business, so that this business is expected to ease their financial pressure. At the same time, the logistics finance business also make logistics enterprises and banks win a new market and open up a new development space.In the practice process of S logistics enterprise, I knowed some of the current business realities and the operational difficulties, so this paper take the S logistics enterprise as the object of study of logistics finance. I want use logistics engineering, accounting and law relevant theoretical knowledge in this paper to provide some solutions for the S logistics enterprise, such as the operation model of logistics finance bussiness, model of logistics financial bussiness risk assessment, pricing strategy of the logistics financial bussiness. I hope this solutions can play a certain help and reference in the development of modern logistics bussiness of S logistics enterprise, and do a little contribution for its transformation into a modern logistics enterprise.
