Research On The Regional Financial Development Difference Of Hebei Province

China is an economic power which has the vast territory and the rich natural resources,duing to the different conditions of each region itself, making China’s economic developmentis uneven. From the point of view of Hebei Province’s geographical location, its east is BohaiSea, the inner ring of Beijing and Tianjin, the level of financial development is largelyaffected by the surrounding areas’ economic, however, whether from the perspective of theoverall size of financial development, or from the financial efficiency point of view, all thesurrounding provinces there is a certain gap. Moreover, the level of financial developmentbetween the various regions inside Hebei Province are not the same. Therefore, the analysis offinancial development in Hebei difference is significant. This paper is to study the differencesin the level of financial development in11urban areas of Hebei Province, and to find thecauses and countermeasures of financial development differences among regions, making thelevel of financial development in Hebei a higher level.This article is from the following aspects to study differences in the level of financialdevelopment between various regions of Hebei Province. Firstly, making a morecomprehensive analysis of the financial status of Hebei Province conducted from the totalamount of the financial, financial structure, financial efficiency three aspects; Secondly, byconstructing a reasonable indicator system, using factor analysis and cluster analysis analyzethe differences between the financial development of the various regions of Hebei Province,based on the resulting of Cluster analysis regional categories, making the research on thedifference of regional financial among the major regions, the results show, Hebei Provincecan be divided into three categories,The results prove Shijiazhuang and Tangshan classified asthe first category, Langfang, Chengde, Baoding and Qinhuangdao classified as the secondlargest category, Hengshui, Zhangjiakou, Handan, Xingtai, Cangzhou and classified as thirdcategory; Again, due to the Theil index can bikini coefficient, coefficient of variation, such asindexes of regional differences described more accurately reflect the differences betweenregions and within regions, thus using the Theil index can be decomposed to the various areasof the financial inter-regional comparative analysis and regional differences; Finally, Hebei Province to further increase financial support for some suggestions, such as makingmulti-layered financial market system, to the coordinated development between urban andrural finance, building good credit environment and strengthening financial cooperation withthe surrounding area.
