On the basis of such, Hebei Province conduct environment pollutionliability insurance, will certainly encounter various difficulties, resulting in pollutingenterprises lack of insurance enthusiasm, and insurance companies lack of power to developand promote the environment pollution liability insurance and so on. These problems restrictthe development of the environment pollution liability insurance in Hebei Province.In this paper, we begain at the theoretical basis of environmental pollution liabilityinsurance, and study the current situation of environment pollution liability insurance ofHebei Province.We discussed the existence of environmental pollution liability insurance ofHebei Province about the problem and its causes in the development process. And thenintroduced the foreign environment pollution liability insurance system.
