Analysis On The Current Situation Of China’s Labor Export To Russia&Its Influencing Factors

As the economic grow rapidly, the influence of the produce factors to the worldbecome more and more important., especially the labor factor become a significantmeans to increase the national income and decrease the job lose ratio. As twosignificant economic powers, China and Russia are in the period of rapid economicdevelopment. The cooperation level in economic between China and Russia hasimproved. However, the quality and quantity of labor output in both china and Russiastill need some improvement. Since1990s, the birth rate in Russia has been in a lowlevel, plus Russia concentrate on the development of the Far East area, the labordemand in Russia has become more and more serious. Whereas in China, theneighbors of Russia, the supply of labor force is greater than the demand of laborforce. In order to ease the labor force outnumber problem, China need labor export.Under this particular circumstance, the labor export from China to Russia is importantto ease the labor force problem both in Russia and China. And along Russia join theWTO organization; the policy in Russia will become more and more transparent. Thiswill provide a protection to those labors export to Russia. The labor export willenhance the cooperation in economic or even in other aspect between China andRussia. So, labor export from China to Russia has its own benefit.This article will first analyze the existing labor force in China and Russia, anddrive the conclusion that the labor force in two countries is complementary, which is acondition for China export its labor force to Russia. And than this article will analyzethe current situation of the Chinese labor export to Russia. From three aspects,Chinese aspect, Russian aspect and the world’s aspect, discuss the factors thatinfluence the labor export to Russia. Finally, through ways like two governmentnegotiation, enhance the system of labor export, convert the current pattern of laborexport, polish the current labor export company and provide more training to the laborforce, to solve the existing problem, for the purpose to enhance the quality andquantity of labor force, enhancing the economic development in both China andRussia.
