An Analysis And Countermeasure On The Shift Of Rural Labors

This paper expatiated on the rule of the shift of rural labors, with the guidance of Marxist economics, and got some valuable revelations. The experience of the shift problem from developed countries and the Taiwan Province, and the instance in Jiangsu Province was introduced. Jiangsu Province is a rich province in China, but there were still a problem as the whole country, the south area developed much better than the north area. As the long time, the shift of rural labors in south area was focused locally and also attracted rural labors from other areas in large quantities. But the north area developed less because of history and natural conditions. The study on the shift of rural labors in Jiangsu Province is representative in China. Through the investigation on Taizhou, Wuxi and Huan'an cities, there were five countermeasures to improve the shift of rural labors in Jiangsu Province, 'local employment', 'self employment', 'remote employment', 'service digestion' and 'skill employment'. A measure was mentioned to fit the situation in Jiangsu Province and also consulted by other areas.
