Research On Operation Mode Of Yinong Information Agency Based On Intelligent And Cloud Service

Yinong information agency is one of the important contents of agricultural informatization,and one of the effective ways to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Henan Yinong information agency has transformed from the initial period of centralized construction to a brand-new period of trial operation.The operator Nongxintong Group is actively looking for sustainable operation models and mutually beneficial resources.Aiming at the problems that the current Yinong information agency operations cannot continue to make profits and the current operating model is too dependent on government resources,the operating flexibility is low.This paper takes Henan Yinong information agency as research object.Because the construction task of ‘information goes into villages' has been completed in Henan province,which plays an exemplary role in the whole country.In terms of actual construction,it also covers all administrative areas and can achieve the goal of sustainable operation.Through investigating the current operation scale,operation mode,profitability,service and clients,requirement,demands and other rural science and technology service elements of Yinong information agencies,fully considering the actual situation,analyzing the existing documents,making survey visits,distributing questionnaires,and making real experience of the current operation mode of Yinong information agencies,this paper puts forward some targeted operation model suggestions.The current operation mode in Henan province is more suitable for its development needs,and the participation of more diversified operating models has become a necessary condition for the sustainable,replicable and profitable operations.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current operation mode of Yinong information agencies which equipped with intelligence and cloud services in Henan province,this paper proposes the resource sharing,risk sharing and win-win interests operation mode,so as to give a full play to the role of grassroots Yinong information agencies and achieve long-term profits and sustainable development.Through the analysis of the actual site operation cases of Lushan Yinong information agencies combined with 69 questionnaires and field surveys and interviews,90% of Yinong information agencies are willing to try a new operation model,and has successfully piloted in individual villages and towns,and further explains the effectiveness of the new operating model.
