Research On The Innovation Mode Of Rural Science And Technology Service Under The Background Of Internet

Rural science and technology services are an important way to improve rural productivity,boost agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income.Improving rural science and technology service capabilities can make science and technology services more convenient,efficient and meet the needs of peasants.In the context of the Internet,the use of Internet information technology to equip moderm agriculture and reduce the "digital divide" between urban and rural areas by raising the level of agricultural science and technology services has become an urgent task in building a new socialist countryside.In order to solve the last mile problem of rural science and technology services,the Ministry of Agriculture launched the information-household-to-village work in May 2014,and built the Yinong information agency in agricultural villages in 10 provinces and 22 county districts,while Tinghu District became the national One of the first batch of pilot villages and counties to fully promote the information into the work of the county.In the past three years,the pilot project of entering information in Tinghu District has made preliminary achievements.In August 2014,Tinghu District took the lead in building 120 Yinong information agencies,providing services such as agricultural public welfare,convenient living,e-commerce and training experience to villagers,and determination to promote the normalization of household information in the villages.This shows that under the Internet and through the pilot construction,In terms of helping farmers increase income,they have shown strong vitality and sustained development momentum.At the same time as completing the construction of the site in Tinghu District,it is an important task for Tinghu District to assume a mode of sci-tech services that can be replicated and can be used for reference.This article takes Yinong information agency in Tinghu District as the research object,through the relevant Infrastructure,service content,operating mode,service targets and other rural science and technology service elements of Yinong information agency to investigate.And analyze the operation Status quo of Yinong information agency,the impact on the local agricultural development and farmers' production and living and the current problems,put forward the innovative service model and operating mechanism of science and technology sernvice that is based on the development of Tinghu District and takes Yinong information agency as the main body.This paper analyzes the service model of Yinong information agency in Jiameijia family farm and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to provide reference for the establishment of diversified operation mechanism of Yinong information agency.At the same time,with a view to through this study,help promote the reform and upgrading of the entire agriculture industry chain in Tinghu District.Based on the theory and practice,through literature
